L’Nefer Smoothie

  • Organic frozen wild blueberries (can be found at Trader Joe’s) or any frozen berries of your choice.
  • Frozen banana
  • Hemp seed
  • Camu powder
  • Maca powder
  • SunWarrior protein warrior blend
  • SunWarrior collagen-building protein peptides
  • Spring water
 

Detox salad

  • Romaine lettuce or wild organic arugula
  • Red onion
  • Avocado
  • Cherry tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Cilantro
  • Bell peppers ( red, orange, or yellow)

Dressing

  • Lime juice fresh or keylime or lime juice.
  • Olive oil or avocado oil
  • Pink sea salt
  • Cayenne pepper (optional )
  • Black paper.

  • All organic ingredients

  • Fresh Key lime juice or lemon juice
